As you can see we have now some major changes to our website including our brand new live chat service which we have now installed so that our listeners can interact direct with the live presenter on air, you can now also make requests and dedication live via our website using our new one page requests form.
We are a privately run Community Radio Station and there for we do not receive any government funding to help us stay online and broadcasting, as you may know running any form of Radio Station even just being online can work out to be pretty expensive with the ongoing running cost of online services such as our website, Alexa Skill and Streaming Servers.
Due to the ongoing running cost of our Community Radio Station rising in the ongoing months we are now asking for support from you our loyal listeners, so if you love what we play then help us stay online with a one of or regular donation.
If you think you have what it take to become a radio presenter then we would like to hear from you, there is no need to have any prior experience however this would help you in getting a position with us here at Mix FM. please note that due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we expect all of our presenters to be able to work from home with their own personal studio which is to lower the risk to you and us.
